Zeina Khawam

Zeina graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics. She is a registered dietitian-nutritionist member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec (OPDQ), Dietitians of Canada, and the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH). She was awarded the Best Healthy Living Advocate of 2017-2018" from DietSpotlight.com

Zeina consults a clientele that desires to change their lifestyle habits, whether it is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, increase energy levels, improve sports performance or simply live healthier. She can help manage digestive issues and medical conditions like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and arthritis, all with an intuitive eating approach.

Zeina understands that eating is a pleasure and therefore demonstrates that leading a healthy lifestyle is not about deprivation and self-guilt, but rather based on making better choices more often. Sometimes it's not only what you eat but how you eat. 

Zeina also loves to workout, try new foods and restaurants, travel, cook and meet new people.

Huda Razzak

Huda graduated from McGill University with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and is a member of the Order of Dietitians and Nutritionists of Québec (ODNQ). She has hosted numerous nutrition booths to educate the public on healthy habits and answer their various questions. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including those with diabetes, cancer, respiratory diseases, high cholesterol, arthritis, and chronic pain. Each year, she guest lectures in the Clinical Nutrition course at McGill, focusing on nutrition and respiratory disease. In speaking with others about improving their health, she emphasizes that small changes in habits can lead to significant improvements in health, mood, or energy. She has a love for food, enjoys dining out, experimenting with new recipes, and sharing her passion for food with others.

She holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition from the Université de Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des diététistes et nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ). 

Nutrition is a vast and constantly evolving field, and she has chosen to practice in it with the aim of helping people improve their health by adopting healthy lifestyle habits, one step at a time, while maintaining or developing a healthy relationship with food. 

She can help individuals achieve their goals, whether it's to improve their eating habits, build muscle mass, increase energy levels or simply feel better. She is also able to help manage various health problems or chronic illnesses such as hypercholesterolemia, high blood pressure, diabetes, gout, osteoporosis, fatty liver, kidney disease, etc., or accompany those wishing to adopt or maintain a vegetarian/vegan diet. 

Since each client is unique, her approach is adapted and personalized to each person's reality, lifestyle, needs and individual goals, while providing the tools needed to integrate beneficial long-term changes, without forgetting the pleasure of eating well! 

As for her personal interests, she enjoys sports, spending time in nature, traveling and discovering new dishes from different cultures.

Allison is a member of the Order of Nutrition and Dietetics of Quebec (ODNQ) and a graduate of Brescia University College in Ontario. Committed to practicing evidence-based nutrition, Allison empowers individuals to take control of her health. Firmly believing that food is preventative medicine, she recognizes its power to heal, protect, and support both the body and mind.

With a focus on individualized nutrition plans, Allison works to simplify nutrition and tailor it to each person’s unique lifestyle. Her experience spans various specialized areas in chronic disease management, including blood sugar and diabetes management, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight management, chronic kidney disease, She also emphasizes the importance of improving one's relationship with food, encouraging intuitive and mindful eating, and fostering a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

She collaborate with clients to create personalized nutrition strategies that enables her to thrive and flourish at any stage of her journey. And yes, she firmly believe in a daily dose of chocolate to keep things balanced and enjoyable! Allison is dedicated to helping individuals become the chief warriors of their health.

Marie-Claude Rioux

Marie-Claude holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition as well as a Bachelor's degree in Physical Activity from Université Laval, and she is also a certified massage therapist from KinéConcept. She is a member of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ) and a registered member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes (FQM).

In her nutrition practice, she supports clients in adopting and maintaining long-term healthy lifestyle habits. She places their needs and motivations at the heart of her approach, firmly believing that active listening and teamwork are essential to identifying these factors and building a relationship of trust. Her method focuses on empowering the client to take an active role in setting and pursuing their own goals, while she provides guidance and support.

Her professional experience has given her a wide range of expertise in areas such as weight management, muscle gain, oncology, gastrointestinal disorders (such as irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn’s disease), hypertension, diabetes, fatty liver or cirrhosis, eating disorders (including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating), sports nutrition, intuitive eating, vegetarianism, and metabolic disorders. She has a natural ease with communication, which allows her to convey her knowledge clearly and accessibly.

She is committed to accompanying and supporting her clients in reaching their goals, while helping them develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food. Her approach is compassionate and professional, designed to foster confidence and motivation on the journey toward better health. Her background as a sports coach is also an asset for those who wish to become more physically active.
